Despite the guest ‘chickening out’, it was great listening to you. We should stop using the phrase “Foreign Investors” when referring to Europeans. These people are FOREIGN LOOTERS and EXPLOITERS.

Europeans are NOT and NEVER will be an AFRICAN.
If we truly want to be honest even the concept of “WHITE” Europeans are NOT that “color” either.

True, the idea of white beats logic, unless there is a new white, which is different from the color white. The so-called whites are colloured in reality. These people went to such great lengths to create these differences just for their own vanity.
